I want to thank all the medical staff of the Mardaleishvili clinic, in which on 6 June 2019 we received stem cell transplantation. My daughter is 6 years old and at the age of 3 we were diagnosed with autism. For 3 years, we have passed a lot of things with her. Rehabilitation, classes with defectologists and so on. I learned about the new method in April of this year and immediately became interested. Lia, an employee of the clinic, quickly and clearly explained everything. We were invited to the clinic and all showed. Being in the clinic was friendly and comfortable. The whole transplantation procedure took about 5 hours. I was always near the child. I saw everything with my own eyes. These are doctors from god. They work wonders there.
The main wizards are Dr. Gocha Shatirishvili and Professor Eka Berishvili, specialists in cell therapy and transplants. She is also very grateful to the resuscitation specialist Vladimir Shvelidze, the anesthesiologist Nino Kharatishvili and nurse Nana. They all worked as a solid team clearly and professionally.
Stem cell sampling was performed from my daughter’s Ilium. At the first stage, she was given an inert brain with a puncture, at the second stage, specialists in the laboratory separated the stem cells and prepared the suspension, then injected into the spine and into the vein. I was the first to decide on such an operation from Uzbekistan. In Tashkent this is not done. A month has passed and I notice a change. Speech has become cleaner, she began to answer questions. The most amazing was a visit to the dentist. She had withstood the treatment of the tooth for an hour, sat alone in the chair and got an anesthetic for the injection. Previously, we had to keep 4 people and there was a wild op. And it has only been a month…
