I want to thank all the medical staff of the Mardaleishvili clinic, in which on 6 June 2019 we received stem cell transplantation. My daughter is 6 years old and at the age of 3 we were diagnosed with autism.
My name is Aringozhina Azhar. I am a mother of 4 children and also the mother of a special child – Akylzhan. I understood that the child was clearly developmentally delayed by the age of 4; he did not speak and did not communicate in any way. He was diagnosed with childhood autism with sensorimotor alalia and we started our fight! In addition to all remedial classes and rehabilitation Akylzhan underwent transplantation of his own stem cells at the Mardaleishvili clinic in Tbilisi in April 2022.
The procedure was successful without any complications.
After the transplantation, a different life began for us. Stereotypical movements have almost disappeared.
Words have appeared, he knows the names of all family. He understands 90% of the speech now. He developed an interest in books. Experts note that the child became more assiduous and attentive in the classroom. He made prolonged eye contact. He actively began to communicate with children. Akylzhan learned numbers, letters, and geometric shapes.
He learned to hold a pen in his hand, traces various images, draws flags of the world, and learns poetry. The child became actively interested in the outside world.
We are very grateful to the doctors of the Mardaleishvili clinic for their help and we plan to visit this clinic again for the second procedure.
